I'm sure you've found your answer to this by now through your own means , but the only way you'd be able to play PC games on your quest would either be through connecting your headset via usbc cable to a (powerful enough) pc, or connect to the PC wirelessly with a solid connection through air link (meta link pc app) or the virtual desktop streamer. Unfortunately no but I believe there are some purchases on the oculus/meta store I've done that carry over to the meta PC app, maybe beat saber is one of those so you at least have access to it on PC? Definitely something you'd have to check
