Not directly, but you do have access to the beach, You will have to drive a 2 minute drive over to the beach access. You can walk it but you would have to walk across the causeway along the road. GPS says the walk is about a 15 minute walk. We stayed in the Live Oak Campground when we were there, and we had no problem going over to the beach each day. As soon as you pull out of Live Oak you cross the causeway and the beach access is on the right.
