- In 2014 I had the thrill of recording the Chamber Orchestra of London in the legendary Lyndhurst Hall at AIR Studios. The end result of these sessions became “The Architect,” a collection of modern classical works for piano and string orchestra. The idea was that these compositions would be filmscore-esque in nature but have a contemporary classical feel to them as well, in the vein of neoclassical artists like Max Richter and contemporary classical artists Michael Nyman and Philip Glass.

Just an amazing piece of art.. so glad I came across it. It is being played since then everyday in my place. I can imagine the passion of a talented architect planing and working on his structure, with all the challenges, the brilliant ideas he/she has came with to overcome the challenges and to finally finalize the last touches of the art the architect has made. Looking finally with a deep sigh to his finished work with satisfaction.

Vivo en Chile y está tu musica me trasporta a algún lugar la encuentro fantastica un deleite a mis oidos ,yo tocaba musica por oido ,no así por partituras en fín en chile estudiar música es muy caro economicamente y el estado no apoya la música ni las artes en fín ,solo escuchar musica que le da sentido a mis oidos y a mi cuerpo en fín ,namaste 🙏

Wonderful piece! Could you comment on its origins?
I was in Venice, sitting in the church of San Giorgio Maggiore that was designed by architect Andrea Palladio... the inside is perfection. I just stared at the arches and stared and stared... and the idea popped into my head. Sketched it down, finished it when i got back from that vacation. 🎶
I am glad you wrote inspired by a church. That is why I was thinking about eternal life when I heard it.
