We have to look at the root of this problem. talking about equitorial guinea-Ms.Arikana spoke in another interview that africa was divided by colonialist and small countries like Togo[as equitorial guinea] cannot stand up militarily against France, China etc. A fish gets rotten from the head. I understand what she is saying. These European and Arab countries created the crime of rape of Africa and as a result poverty and corruption arose. If we break the yoke of paternalism and exploitation from global interest then that frees wealth and resources put to empower Africa to deal with its own problems without interference.
