Couldnt follow. So your just replacing the existing socket in the corner lens with the two stage blinker bulb that was in the fog light location and basically tapping onto the driving light from the corner lens to run to the fog light location. So the old blinker bulb will light low with driving lights and blink high when activated... right?
I don’t know why toyota didn’t make it like this to begin with. It makes so much more since to have your blinker set up next to your headlight just like most trucks and it’s always nice to have fog lights which I don’t have yet until I do this mod. Great video. Thank you for sharing!!!

you didnt show us what the other 2 wires are for, that you had hanging ?? after watching your video 3-4 times...It got even more confusing and you definately left out some steps LoL. sounds like you kept calling the same wires different names too
@monc1ne Did you touch the Foglights and the Passenger side Corner/parking light ???? or did you only have to modify the Driver side Corner lamp and took care of it all ?? Sounds alittle to easy and our you left out a few details ? Ive been searching TacomaWOrld to dothis mod but they have a few different variations of this Mod

I putting a light bar and putting black headlights and the bottom signal will be LED switchbacks.
Had a few questions.The writing wasn’t to clear and need to elaborate more on the wiring.Other than that good DIY

Any problem with the larger bulb heat output in the housing? Anything showing signs of melting?
I haven't had any problems and its 2021, still working fine.

This base model truck came with no fog lights!! Those amber lights on the bumper are the blinkers you fools!!
