Devon and other very lanky with long enough forearm and top roll, even if it's somewhat low top roll, is his kryptonite. Ermes has the same problem that I do, and you can tell it by his riser lift. It's severy wobbly, just like mine on the right Ermes has a very small but very precise weakpoint that can be exposed with severe force right on his knuckle riser part. A lift and AW match are two very different. Even though my riser is rather weak relatively to everything else, and my right riser is stronger than my left on the lift, my right hand, if someone forces their height and pronate on my knuckle, my right hand just goes out, while my left is able to stay even if I lose my riser to an extent, I can still produce force with it, unlike right.
You can t really make conclusions out of a practice pull. Devon pulled after his supermatch with oleg and after a heavy weight cut, doing at least 1 elbow foul every time they started Ermes pulled not being in competition shape but being fresh, with his buckle on the hand. Also in a real match anything can happen: Devon could get a much superior setup and possibly by that taking Ermes wrist and win almost immediatly like their old match while Ermes could do what Levan did in the first round against Devon, starting with a toproll and as soon as he gets even slightly closer to the winning side switch to a flop press
