    Can you show a tutorial on how to lift the flowers properly from parchment sheet, I always end up damaging it. Like how long do you need to let it dry and how should you lift it

      Hi Grace! thanks for the awesome suggestion I will put that on my idea list for videos. I put mine in the fridge so they get nice and firm. this is depend a bit on your fridge but also how warm things were before they went in. But usually 20- 30 mins in enough for most flowers to be pretty solid and easy to handle. If it's a warm day then I may pull them out in rounds and work with a small number at a time to keep them from warming up on me. It's always easier if you can work in a room with ac, but I know not everyone has that option. I hope this helps and thanks for the idea!

    Do you freeze them before adding to the cupcakes or cake ? They look beautiful

      if you use frosting with butter you only need to chill them in the fridge and they will firm up fast and be easy to handle!

    Ca they be made on paper and LIFTED to a cake if so how?????

      the frosting has butter in it which means they can be chilled till firm. The paper allows you to slide them off the nail with out damaging the, just hold the edge of the paper and pull, place them on a tray and chill in the fridge till firm, They can then be removed from the paper and placed on your creations. We have plenty of videos that show this method in our 3d flower cake series. cheers!

    What buttercream donyou use

      we are using an American or simple style buttercream. But you could use other kinds like Swiss or Italian to make this flower. Hope this helps!
