Employment and Employability have always been the top priority of understanding, learning, realising, developing and researching in organisations and companies. To enhance the abilities and capabilities important skills are required to be invested in the employees so that their performance speaks louder than their words. A Performance that is better than his previous, a response that is more valid than the previous, a learning that is stronger than the existing. In such cases, the candidates learn and develop faster and the learning is more reliable in many cases. Along with the physical skills, many soft skills are required to be imparted among the candidates that can ultimately enhance the cumulative capabilities and thus the performance of the society as a whole can be improved, rationally, pragmatically and optimistically. Therefore the organisations are designed and developed so that the performance never undermines and place where products and services are sold in the same place performance and productivity are also put on to the top priority.
