Summary:
1. Papaya
This tropical fruit has a buttery texture that is sweet and delicious. This one might not be something you’re totally familiar with which is why we put it at the top of our list! There are a few varieties, but today we’re gonna focus on the most common which is the red papaya.
2. Walnuts
Getting into a walnut might be difficult, but the benefits are worth it! Long ago people thought walnuts were healthy for the brain because they actually look like a brain, and in reality they weren't wrong!
3. Avocados
This brightly coloured food is great for anti aging by keeping your skin looking young and smooth. They’re high in anti inflammatory fatty acids and are rich in vitamin A which can help us shed old skin cells so new glowing skin can shine through.
4. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ok, this one isn’t exactly a food, but it’s still something you ingest so we’re counting it. You wanna make sure you’re getting the extra virgin kind to reap all the healthy, anti aging benefits.
5. Water
Good old water - does it ever let us down in the health department? Staying hydrated is pretty important as water keeps our bodies functioning at top performance. Did you know that the thirst sensation becomes weaker as we age? That means the older we get, the more important it is that we keep ourselves hydrated.

Love to use many these listed but will definitely try some that I’m now learning about. The papaya is my #1 go to and I even swallow the seeds for cleaning my gut as well as scrape the remaining pulp off of the skin to use as a face mask! Works wonders n gives the face a beautiful, healthy glow

Just recently I went to collect my check for my retirement benefit and the cashier asked me what the check is for I said “ retirement” and would not believe me.
She said “what! You are already 60 years old?’😊
Well I thought why they always see me as youngerthan my age? Maybe because I consumed most of the foods above not really to keep me young but because I love to, like vegetables I eat a LOT growing up (like my mother who’s now 92 but still active), red papaya and avocado that we have planted on our backyard, I make and eat apple pies with crumbled topping: walnuts on top of them often, when I make pies I put extra virgin olive oil on my dough, and lastly, I drink red wine not often but I try to.
Well maybe it works because I am 60 but I don’t feel like 60, and they say I don’t look like one too. 😁
Good for you! Whatever it is just keeping doing it. I heard Michelle Pfeiffer say she would rather look good for her age as oppose to looking young for her age. I totally agree. I'll be 65 in September and I can't I'm actually looking forward to it.

I like papaya, but one does not eat the seeds. I don't mind pomegranate, but that is just the seeds to eat, not the other parts. Are there videos that break down of edible parts of plants, fruits, vegetables one can consume? I would have liked this video to point this out when talking of these two items.
