Love the new rig Andre! I can't wait to get out wheelin' with you and check it out mate. My two bobs worth for the new HiJet's name would be Dusty or Matilda
Okay I understand mate. I've got a van. Would love to be a four-wheel drive. I've never heard of these but certainly an option. I love it that you've bought it and looking forward to what you're going to do with it I think it's something I would consider in the future. Really well priced
Great vid again, I always enjoy and look forward to the next one. The Hijet reminds me of a 'donkey'.. seems mostly reliable and tough as, despite its size and outward appearance...
That truck looks like it has a little extra cab on it . I watch a couple of Japanese You Tuber who have Kei trucks ,there is endless possibilities to do things to it regarding camping in any weather .
Luke from The Outdoor Boys has something similar. It's got four sets of tracks in place of tires. What country was it manufactured in? Very cool my friend😎
Hey mate. Love the content so far! I’ve been tossing up whether to buy one of these or not, I’m in south east Melbourne and my only worry is that I won’t find a place that can service it and replace parts. I’ve considered other brands, but I’m 6’4 and I want to be somewhat comfy in a small truck
@@Myleswithani yeah I feel you. I think you’ll need to get pretty familiar with serving and maintenance yourself. These aren’t complex machines and can easily be maintained by you. If something does go wrong, there are loads of communities that can help, you might just be off the road for a few weeks. Also, keep in mind, hills are not this thing’s friend, so if you’re in a hilly area, I’d think again.
Nice little truck amazing your folding tagliatelle table for jimny I want buy but does it fit the small compartment at the back or did u remove it please
Enjoy watching your different gear set ups and the locations you visit. Love seeing Australian content. Apprecaite you sharing this with us. Also, unrelated, are you still using the Winnerwell stove? It's quite gorgeous, I'm considering investing. Jude
@@RamblingwithJuniper thanks so much! Yes I still use it all the time, it’s my favourite bit of kit. So expensive though, there are cheaper ones that look just as nice. Have a look at the Soomloom one.
@@TheMidweekEscapeArtist Soomloom! Great tip, I hadn't heard of that one - I had tried to look for dupes. I'm not surprised it is your favourite, it stopped me in my tracks when I saw it in one of your videos.

I enjoy your videos still rapping my head around your new wheels. I can 100% guarantee you, there's no Mac Donald's rapper anywhere around me, and there never will be, especially in South Africa, disgusting!!! 🤢

@ big change in circumstances and I found that I needed a car I could commute with, the Jimny is not that, so I split the Jimny into 2 cars, one I get amazing fuel economy and a great ride, the other used purely for camping. Great video!

@@JillTipton-vo4gl we’re making progress already! Stay tuned!
