So weirdly specific and exactly what I was looking for. Personally I am working on reworking the plastic from detergent bottles and was sick of trying to scrape the labels off or tossing a major section of the bottles

did not work. tried several times. even bought a new bottle of acetone but it wouldn't budge! Finally just threw the bottle out
