Rewatching 6th time. This was my first drama of life ( found it while searching for kdrama on youtube, didn't knew Chinese drama existed at that time 😂). I watched it and then somewhere in the end episodes, I found out it was chinese lol. It is such a cute and warm drama. Good story ( mature adults) and plot, great characters. It is close to real life (other than the childhood story). Overall, a good romcom with no out of world plot twists. Would recommend to everyone.

The reason why I said episode 10 had my heart was because she was looking for her best friend when she was younger as he promised he'll wait for her under that tree for 20 years? (I forgot).. because she moved away when she was younger, and pretty sure that little boy gained feelings for her, or they both did! The tall doctor (Forgot his name) actually turned out to be the little boy! He wasn't sure if it was her, but in the end he ended up telling her the story of how they met.. and they had a little hug, and it turned into a relationship :).
