- The great mark of a true artist is making things look easy that require a lot of effort. This concert for me is the manifestation of this. The whole performance was so smooth and charismatic, the dancing and singing was on point like always, but what truly made the performance exceptional for me was the ease and charisma with which they seemingly performed, when really it's hard work.

I've finally upgraded my editing program to Final Cut Pro and got to try out this editing style, which I've seen in quite a few movie commentaries on YT. I really hope you enjoy it, because this is probably the last you're going to see of it. 😅
Even though it was loads of fun to try it out, I'm not sure if I like it - it might be a bit too flashy/hectic for my taste. More than that, though, I've realised that it's just not sustainable for me to edit this way and upload three videos a week, since I'm not doing YT full time and still have lots of other commitments. Anyway, I still hope you enjoy this change of pace for today.
I prefer your usual format to be honest. It's not as "busy" and it's easier to focus on the basics: You and the music. 💜

actually, I have a friend that went to a são paulo concert here in brazil in 2019 and was lucky enough to be somewhat close to the stage, he isn't her bias but she came back completely bias wrecked and told me that not only he has a powerful aura but he is also drop dead gorgeous in person. (as he is my bias, I obviously already imagined that.)
Jimin is very interactive with both crowd and members ,he is always running around stage from corner to corner and something about him carrying himself on stage is amazing... For me ,Jimin and Jhope is more prettier irl and Tae (V) is just walking piece of Art.All of them are more good looking and their voices are more amazing irl.
jungkook and jimin generally feel very comfy with each other and they both have in common that they give out literally everything they've got on stage until they have 0 energy, no matter what. they prioritize the perfect performance with high energy all along over conserving energy and that's why you can often see them looking towards each other on stage or interacting on it, they've said before they're just on the same wavelength when it comes to performance.
of course, all bts members give it their all but what i've said about jk and jm in particular giving it their absolute all until they have nothing left, i've heard hobi say before so yeah. they're brilliant.
fun fact: hobi is the most fluent in Japanese even though all the members can speak very well. so it makes sense why you were amazed at how good he can speak. He usually also talk a lot more during Japanese interviews and shows like how RM tends to talk more during English ones. PS: During Japanese concerts, they perform the Japanese version of songs if there is already a Japanese version of the song out, for songs that don't have a Japanese version they just perform the Korean version.

Every member is oozing with charisma, energy & chemistry at every concert. They always make sure to give all their best in every performance. But Jimin & Jungkook match each other's energy, especially on concert stages. There was an instance that they were both told by Hobi to take it a little bit easy because they always go all out & the other members worry that they might get hurt or sick. That's why during concerts both Jimin & JK get exhausted more than the others.
V's growing is something not everyone can do... I really like his growling voice... His angelic voice can move someone to tears n his GROWLING voice hype us
Yes for their concerts they rearrange some or most of the songs to match the mood or bring a fresh sound to get hyped up :)
Not all of their songs do they have Japanese versions for. They have more of their title tracks in Japanese, not the B-sides as much. But in their Japan concerts they do their Japanese versions if they have one. Yes they said "YOLO" because the song is about live your life. You'll find with concerts and award shows they use different versions of songs. We are hoping that when the guys go into the military one of the things Hybe will do is release an album of all their concert and award show versions of songs. If not with vocals at least the music. Also Jimin and JK sing quite a few parts together so they tend to gravitate to each other for those parts especially.

BTS feeds off ARMYs' energy. The louder our screams the more they absorbed our energy and explode on stage. Our energy gives them the strength to push through 3 hrs of concert.
When you watch behind the scenes of their concert documentary, they will say things like example from Brazil concert, RM mentioned that its like preparing for war as they have to match or outdo the hype of the audience. They totally give their ALL. BODY and SOUL, like we the audience can see and feel how much they give to the moment. Even me sitting at home watching concert clips gets so hype. Thats how explosive their energy is. Imagine being at the concert venue and soaking up all that vibe. I genuinely think we can power a city for weeks with that amount of energy.
I’m very OT7 with Jimin as my bias. This era of Jimin with the sparkly jacket and silver hair is known as “Kitty Gang Jimin” and is my biggest guilty pleasure 🤣. He sported this look during the Love Yourself tour and the fancams are just legendary.

I honestly think the only way to keep a jacket on Jimin is for it to be zipped, buttoned or belted onto him. If he's just wearing it open, he has a hard time keeping it on his shoulders. It falls SOOOOO much.

BTS said medley is the time when they absolutely lose it over exhaustion... so they let lose and do whatever they want... so you will see a lot of stuff during medley. More tired they are, more wild they perform on stage. I feel bad for them because medley part is actually super hard, but they pulled it off... so that's all good.

Well said about the Japanese issue! Honestly, I can't believe people are making this a thing... I live in Japan and I've been to South Korea many times. The first time I went, I met a bunch of Korean people with my Japanese friends and they couldn't speak a word of Japanese, nor us a word of Korean. We managed some broken English, ended up getting invited out for dinner with the Korean group, and used google translate to communicate for the evening. Did any of us care about the politics? Nope. We had a great time and we learned a lot from each other. Can we not put whole countries and their people in some kind of stupid hole because of politics past and/or present, everyone... please and thank you.

Jhope live is just another level of performance that is something you can not smile with the way he performs and delivers everything… Jhope and jungkook are my favorite when it comes to performance with their vocals and the way they’re so sharp with so much power..but bts as a hole are top tier performers.. it’s just my preference but that’s why they are so good!!! I 100% agree with you. They have insane amount of stamina to perform with this much fierceness and still act like they are not one step away from collapsing.
In their docu-series we have seen members collapsing backstage after medley... stuff wait there for them with oxygen can to help them breath... but we can never see it on their performances. I have insane amount of respect for these 7 man and how much energy they pour in every performance.

I love Hanna's intro / prologue, and I am thrilled by BTS's command of Japanese. I believe the younger generation will bridge the gap to the older generation, and heal those old historical wounds. For those who are not familiar, Korean bands have been active in Japan all the way back to the early 1960's! In fact, the greatest band in modern history - the Beatles, honed their craft and became musical giants after performing countless hours in the dark, cramped, nightclubs of Hamburg, Germany.

The live band has a lot to do with the different vibe of the concert. I’m pretty sure it’s a live band here. That guitar is rocking. Makes me comprehend the difference between BTS and boy bands all the more. They are rock stars to me.

PS it’s not that I don’t enjoy the Japanese versions, they just are sonically different. I know I don’t speak Korean, but Korean seems more natural to me. I also think KPop groups are amazing to be able to perform songs in Korean and Japanese and English (Mic Drop). I can’t remember what day it is most of the time.

I love watching jungkook and jhope live.... I love watching them all live bd they’re all different and have their own style of doing things which I so appreciate!!! But for me jungkook and jhope just perform the hardest for the longest and I’m convinced that’s one of their superpowers !!! Jhope wasn’t kidding when he said jungkook will dance until his body breaks in every performance ... I get it lol and being the main vocalist he’s singing the whole time and him harmonizing with the rappers is my favorite! Jks hair is purple lol oh man blood sweat and tears and jungkook sounds literally exactly the same as the track... so weird but his slow drop down to the floor is just always the best... it’s so slow down to the floor.... I loved your beginning commentary. It's so easy to oversimplify and generalize entire nations and even cultures to one dimension because it's an easy narrative to follow when in reality nothing is ever that simple, so thank you for addressing that.
On another note: you HAVE to react to their Japan Epilogue stage from 2016. It had some of their most ICONIC performances: No More Dream, Baepsae, Boys With Fun, and Attack on Bangtan/Rise of Bangtan to name some. I'm not sure that there's one video with all of these performances, but each of these are a must. They have so much fun in these performances it's hard not feel energized after watching them, and of course, there's a great deal of hip thrusts and growling lol.

YESSSSS!! finally one of my favorite reactors reacted to this. this performance is easily on my top 5, i just love it so much it made me love them 20x oh god i love jk here and how smooth and cool he is, jimin??? his vocals?? insane, also j-hope oh booyyyy he really is an entertainer, he knows what he’s doing with the crowd, the energy is on another level and he is the main character here although all of them are but j-hope with the blue jacket, speaking japanese, interacting with the crowd it just hits different. the live band created a whole new vibe to it, it’s amazing. i always watch this performance cause it still amazes me, it’s crazy honestly and even tho that’s probably (like you said) the middle of the concert they put up a spectacular show when they’re obviously exhausted but theyre the proests pros of all time!! and about the editing you just keep doing you!! i love your videos and i hope we can see more of you here

Yes I’ve noticed maknae line interact a lot on stage and during some songs taejin too I feel like now the have such big stages in stadiums so they want to cover all the sides for the fans they can’t interact as much but in there older concerts they did but yeh it’s fun to watch them having fun and btw there was a live band playing

Hanna, fully agree to what your saying at the beginning. Both you and me has exact same languages to speak : English, Japanese andGerman. Plus I speak my origin country language. I speak Japanese and always feeel the special vibe when I visit Japan. Now I love BTS, songs and bangtans don't make myself less loving my country and Japan. People have to learn to understand that.
