I don't know, I wish a Taoist perspective would rid the shadow or make it appear so easily, but cognitive dissonance is too strong whilst hiding it.
Great video. One point I thought, it’s probably better to think of it as subconscious , not really unconscious. It is very aware of everything, especially the things your conscious mind does not have in its focus.
The bitter truth is, the moment to make believe or believe in old conditions, no matter what it's all about, it's already brainwashed. Even If it's true. All WE need is to reset everything what WE have ever known and what WE have been told.
I think this video presented some really powerful messages which will help a lot of people. though, I think the way you present some of this stuff could be a bit smoother. you skipped from quote to quote without a lot real transition, it was instant. this is only constructive feedback, I’m not sure if everyone felt the same but that’s how I felt

It bigs me to this day and take a whole lot of my nerve. I never talk to anyone about these because they make fun but i am really anxious about what to do.
