CX 200 tour 16x19 with some lead is my 2nd racket of choice after my beloved Wilsons 6.1 95. It’s an exceptional racket I fell in love from the first play. Put some leather grip add some lead at 3 and 9 and let the others sleep on this frame
Good list! I'm a big fan of the CX line. I actually think the CX400 Tour is more the sleeper here; more accessible to the average player than the CX200 Tour, but with great feel and control, a bit more forgiving and a bigger sweet spot. Great racquet.
Really great video, just ordered the CX 200 so I am really excited to hit it. I think you were spot on with the list, definitely under the radar but all incredibly solid rackets.
You’ve gotten a bit confused on your Technifibres: the TF 40 is an RS 305; you’re thinking of the TFight, RS 305. You might want to check your details.
Does Mantis tennis still produce racquets in the UK? Most of what I can find online is used on eBay or old overstock like the Mantis 250 CS II or Tour 305. It appears there are Mantis Pro 295/297/310 III, Performa 260, and Xenon racquets in the European market. I cannot find any tennis shops in the USA selling Mantis products. Tracking there is a Mantis USA website with CFO David Carl at the helm. Understand Mantis is a small tennis brand that cannot compete against the likes of Wilson, Babolat, Prince or Head. Are there any ATA, WTA, USTA or touring pros utilizing Mantis racquets currently? I am sure the economic situation and pandemic have had an impact on small tennis brands.
Thanks for highlighting alternatives to the Tennis Troika. Consumers need to understand how much they pay for marketing budgets! One pedantic (sorry) niggle. Racquets are made of carbon fibre (extremely strong and stiff linear chain of linked carbon atoms), not "graphite" (what's in your pencil, a slippery, relatively weak planar carbon structure used as a lubricant). High Modulus (i.e. stiff) Carbon Fibre is a real thing, 100% Graphite is not.

I use the 98 with 4g of lead tape at 3&9 and 8g in the butt cap. Perfect racket :)

I really like the choices, did mis the Prokennex racquets. But non the les the choices where great. Really liked the vid.
Love the Prince 93P `14x18
I was looking at the CX series, but I ultimately went with an old red and maroon prestige, because it was on clearance.
Great choices. It was a joy to pop into the store the other day.
Just wondering if you’ll be stocking the new TF40 315 16x19 in the near future?
Nice review! What is more like Blade 98 v8 but a bit easier to use?
The Dunlop CX 200 is a lovely racket. Similar to the Blade but with a slightly thicker beam

I like Prince racquets but don't see them much these days! Lynx touch giveaway
I think that they are only available from Tennis Warehouse.
