There's no real "secret" going on here, which I love about his new stuff. He's actually doing this. He simply gained control over his gag reflex, which he needed to master for his water spout stunt in his last special. Then, prior to coming out, he drinks a HUGE amount of water, and then swallows the frogs. Then, whenever he wants, he simply regurgitates the frogs.
