Here is some lore : As you all know , Lana was born with a chronic disease. She got a letter from Gigi (dti owner) offering her a great job that pays very well. She accepted . On Lana’s channel there is a video named “threerules” . That video explains the rules that they wanted Lana to follow. At the end of that video , it said “Diarben” . Did Diarben really do all that cloning with Lana? So then Lana was having dreams about the man in the posters. The man has probably brained washed her and told Lana to get revenge on all these people. So Lana started a group , the Sudade…. She started that group to get revenge . Every time Lana holds a questionnaire , sometimes it’s her , sometimes it’s not her and it’s a clone. This is just my theory! If you want to use it in video Haley you may!

I have a theory it’s a little short-
Pretty much remember how Lana said “eyes” over and over and someone (I forgot who) said “it’s all about eyes” and someone (again I forgot who) said “jayla has no eyes to see” and the big monster thing has a bunch of eyes in it so I think that Lana is sacrificing people/ coterie members to the monster..

Hailey! I saw that Lana’s profile has changed. She’s wearing the eyepatch again! Her outfits also like a summery preppyish vibe. (She was online when I checked.)Her profile about me thing says, (I quote) “What was behind me months ago, was just foreshadowing the gruesome future.” And in dti, one of the secret places has a poster with Lana sitting at her usual spot where she does nails, a monster is standing next to her, but the monster does look similar to the monster in doors. What could this mean? Does this mean that there is a possibility that it’s related to doors? And one of the secret places in dti, the one in the lobby, there’s a weird looking room that look oddly similar to one of her groups, the fortress. She might change her out fit and make herself not have an eye patch, but last time I checked, her eyepatch was there.

I think the real lana died when nelly killed lana because she said her soul is not connected to her. Maybe the lana we are taking to now is the vessel. The vessel has lanas memories and mind but not her soul (what i mean is the vessel cant have compassion or feel guilt) but the more the vessel is exposed to emotions the more it feels emotion too. ( Thats why lana is just now feeling guilty (alethia) because she is learning human emotions)

HALEY There's this one movie called Mrs. Peregrine's home for peculiar children (It's long ik) and it's where this kid's grandfather dies by a monster who eats eyes to stay in human form, but they only eat eyes of peculiar people or children (peculiar as in having strange abilities kind of like powers) just like Lana has random people that "stick out to her" in one of her groups. What if Agamemnon has to eat the eyes of certain people like Nathan in order to stay in the form of a human rather than revealing his true form?

Hey Haley! I have an theory: So as we can see most of the group members are dead. And almost all of the people are dead was described with the white bird. And leaves atleast a note, a diary etc. Sadie might be one of them.
Here are the tips: The server was bright. And that has the dead vibes yk. She left a note, describing Lana. That could mean Lana was the one that did the Awakening. And the blank space at the first video “GAZE INTO MY EYES”. So Sadie must be dead and was that one said “Yes, The Awakening is beautiful” or smth lol.
I'm pretty sure the door is boarded up because it's also the door that goes inside where the monster is if you look inside the room or the monster is you will see the door then The border door I think it's Connected?
