Hi Naveen, sure we will try to do that in the coming days. If you watch the video at 0:46 you can see couple of small buildings beside myhome ankura that is pranathi Kiara and right opposite to those buildings is nivasa which is at basement and main slab completion.
Great point, Neopolis is going to be desired office location for the next 20 yrs and this is 10 mins to neopolis via ORR. As far as the malls and all goes, there are a lot of commercial projects planned in and around tellapur, osman nagar area by major builders like my home, rajapushpa and aparna. My home is rumored to be building a commercial multiplex right across the street from My home Tridasa. The development will come by the time of handover or a little later and then the prices will be high. Hope this answers your concerns.
No there is no temple in vipina. the temple near tridasa is a publicly accessible temple and not a private one like how other myhome projects were. so that serves as a temple for the surroundings including vipina.

My home Techno city is coming up . Best part is this is very near to Kollur ORR exit

The answer is yes and it's something you sign up for when you buy a flat here. It might not be an issue for some.
