That little valve you’re wondering about is a heater shut off valve in the summer you pull that closed and the hot water from the motor and rad will not enter the heater core.

You talk too much and lose your time for talkin .. Put a good battery , clean the distributor , rotor , points , sparkplug and wires , change oil and liquids , go to find a tractor too ..you need it
@@SchmidtFam1022 The tractor will be used to remove the vehicle you're working on because you haven't managed to get it off the ground. The fact that it's manual doesn't mean you can slip the clutch too much either. So, in neutral, it will go out just fine with a tractor and a chain...
