    Hi, thank you for your video. The fairy cross stitch is not a Mona Lisa brand. It is listed under this section but it's Xidou brand.

      Thank you for clearing that up for me. When I purchased it, it was listed as Mona Lisa. So I was very confused when I received it. Thank you for commenting and letting me know! 😁

    Hello again, my Stitchy friend. It looks like VIP has substituted a lower quality Xidou canvas for the Mona Lisa fairy. I have stopped using VIP because of a similar situation. I had ordered 3 scroll frame and 2 complete thread sets with 5 canvases this past Feb. The canvases and 1 thread set came, but i was missing 1 thread set and all 3 scroll frames. I contactedcustomer service...no reply. It was around their New Year, so I gave it 2 more weeks and resent the email with account and order numbers...no response. I redid the same process to customer service a total of 5 times. No Reply....no product. So, i suppose they feel that losing my business isnt important to them, nor do they care that they have turned a very loyal customer that spent over $100 per month to a person that tells everybody how Bad theircustomer service is. Just Beware....they have already "fooled" you once. Vivian Ann living 100% off grid on the side of the mountain in northeast Tennessee
