    Always look forward to another one of your videos and this gave me some great tips of how to manage our own orchard, so thank you for taking the time to put this together! So cool to see what you're doing and will be ordering some plants from you soon :) Not that I need anymore...

    This is the first I've heard about willow and poplar being a fungal intermediary. That's game-changing information for me!

      Salix, populus, and also alnus all make that bridge, so N fixing alders are also a huge double win

    I’m interested in how you prune the black cherries. I have lots of them on my lot and they grow out of reach. Any tips?

      I have taken to cutting the main stem with trees under 8” or so in diameter to about 3’ hi, and then pruning like an open-centered vase peach. Tons of light and lots of fruit within reach! The pruning never ends
