Trees se aap ki privacy hai, remove na karein, trim karwa sakte hain. Samne se thoda branches cut kar ke aap ko trees ke neeche jagah mil jaayegi. Jo back mein end wala tree hai woh bahut green nahin hai, agar uss ko koyi problem hai to woh nikal sakte hain.

This is an amazing house ! What a huge area..loved the garden and the conservatory..please do something about the dark walls..pastel colors would make your rooms look all the more huge..they look sabre.But if u like dark colors, may be you can keep them for a while for a change and later get them changed...just wanted to share view...God Bless you !! Congrats North entrance and plot NE very aupicious . Garden at back is beautiful you will spoil by cutting the mature trees and shrubs just trim it. Why dont you make vege patch in front which is usualy underutilised. For curb put mature wisteria on East wall worth approx 400 pounds but you will feel in paradise in your new home .Mature Roses creepers fragnant and red , white , yelliw orange on east wall . On ground veges . Bordwr them with evergreens looks good in summer . Dont forget mature red Acer. Blood red grass bordering the front lawn fir curb appeal

Remove the internal doors to the conservatory and replace them with bifold doors, when you have a big function you can open all the doors which will give you a huge room

As the trees are in the north side.... They are not gonna block sun for the veggies.... Also in raised beds in other parts of the garden or in containers ....edibles can be grown on the deck also..... Kindly prune the trees instead of removing them..... Unless they are dead or diseased... Stay happy stay green

power wash the deck, it will clear green mold from the wood. scure few boards, and paint with Deck Resurfacer and Primer with Sealant. Available in multiple colours. it will increase wood life. easy to do. that's what we use in USA. try to find similar in UK. it will take you few hours,but results will be amazing.....This will be the first thing i will do! cheers!

Replace decking with patio tiles , they get slippery in winters , we bought our 3rd house in jan , saved 30k on stamp duty bcoz of stamp duty holiday. We live in kent.
