I wish Guy had gotten more serious moments that really dived into his emotional and non 'jokey' side. The moment with Lee in the chunnin exams and before he opened the 8th Gate were amazing

His affection towards Lee and his overall contribution in Shippuden sealed the deal for me 💪(+ that boat filler arc was hilarious🤣🤣). Definitely an amazing character and he truly goes down in anime history🙌🙌💯
hey. some characters like sasuke can continue his combo after jutsu (chidori) but lee and gai cant... and some characters can continue their combo after throw attack like kimimaro but lee and gai again cant. what makes them (lee, gai) playable then??
It's mostly to balance some of the characters out and make them unique above the rest. Lee and Guy are still great even when they are missing some of these combat features. They csn continue a combo after their jutsus though, but the timing is more strict than Sasukes. In my opinion Guy is better than Sasuke purely because of the damage he does and his neutral is also great🙏🔥!

Both of them are great, but in my opinion his 8th Gates version is better🙏. He got a nice range with his ultimate action and his awakening is just way better in every aspect💪🔥. Furthermore, his pressure is just way too good and a game changer everytime you are able to pull it off. If you have the option definitely go for 8th gates guy💪.

Yeah the scaling in Storm Connections is an unfortunate thing 😭. It kills down all of the UJ and TUJ damage which makes long combos only useful for style points🤣 (unless you get the round from it).
