- It's finally here! Part 1 of Sonic Universe: 30 Years Later! About a month's work and effort was put into this and I can't tell you how thankful I am for all the support I have gotten for this project. I would like to thank my VAs majorly for providing their amazing voices and I honestly think they are the ones that deserve the most recognition in this! So thanks guys! Fun fact: Amy was originally going to be married to Tails by Archie in this arc. But Sega said no and Archie decided to use Mina instead.

Mariusweeddeath she wasn't in the classics from what I remember, it was just Sally, Tails was pretty much the same though, but he acted more of a kid, I just assume that he was younger. Am I correct in assuming that this is the final arc?

@@drew_brinley7988 I like to think that, maybe Sonic still knew someone named Sonia and Manic from his childhood and was really close with both of them. But the two were killed in one of Robotnik's attacks and Sonic, both devastated by their death and wanting to remember them, decided that, should he decide to settle down and start a family, he would name his children after them. That's my headcanon, at least.

A lot of people don't get that Amy is just a little girl who has a crush on sonic not an actual love interest. Sonic is 16/17. Amy is 12. Wouldn't make sense for them to couple up at all. It would actually be weird.

I used to watch sonic underground, with Sonia and Manic as sonics siblings, and I was happy to see the chi,Daren named after them. Also, great voice acting!
The Sonic is amazing, he sounds so much like Jason Griffith it's almost unreal. And I mean Jason himself as I've heard him talk normally, but just with the speech pattern of his Sonic. Perfecto. Kono's Silver is always so amazing to hear, he has the inflections down perfectly along with the actual voice. No other Silver impressionist can touch him.
TheBlueEyedFox Hey thanks! I never really voiced as sonic seriously until now. I just kind of used my voice, maybe made it a little.. smoother? I dunno, but everyone did one hell of an amazing job!

Mike Joseph Dude, keep at it, you seriously have the voice and speech pattern dead on. All you need to do to sound exact to Jason's Sonic in games is pitch your voice higher. It's absolutely perfect in this though cause Sonic is well...older. XD

His kids are adorable!!! Manic is like a little sonic, but with two buckles on his shoes and blue eyes. Sonia is like a little sally with green eyes.

This C.D. is pretty awesome. I literally just got the entire graphic novel yesterday and saw this, so I decided I'd "read along". Also, great job on the sound effects. This was very professional. =)
Aw man. This one of my favorite Sonic Universe comics (with part 2, 3, and 4). I love the voice acting. Mike Joseph was the perfect voice actor as Sonic. He does sound a lot like Jason Griffith.
Adding his world at the end was so unexpected I got goosebumps

Also, what pitch version of "His World" is that at 10:19? It sounds like the Solaris Phase 2 Version but almost with the same keys of "His World" E3 Version. Correct me if I'm wrong. I just love that version.
