Que buen trabajo, de verdad que mereces muchos más reconocimiento y vistas , espero de corazón que algún día tengas más reproducciones y "likes", porque no he visto un video de "builds" solo para "joust" con tanta rigurosidad para que la gente mejore su juego. Yeah I do a little coaching/game review videos for people who request it, im not an elite coach keep in mind lol. Join the discord and we can potentially schedule something if you'd like. I have been a lil busy lately but I've helped some of the people in our community. And I have 2 cats: one's name is Umbra and the other is Nacho!
@BuZz I know this vid is a couple months old, but thoughts on AA mages like Olo, Sol, Freya as far as builds go? I feel like in the current patch they're slept on, could use some build advice.
So i think the build path really depends on the AA mages you're playing. So olorun, chronos and sol benefit more with damage related items like rod of Tahuti, typhons fang, and poly (poly specific to chronos and sol not olorun). Whereas Freya you want a full attack speed, ring, build. So a cookie cutter build for chronos and sol would be: Sands of time, nimble bancroft talon, telkhines ring, poly, typhons fang, and rod of tahuti. Some other items to think about would be: spear of the magus, demonic grip, and cyclopean ring. Olorun I'd run almost the exact same build but I'd exchange poly for cyclopean ring, and sands of time for diamond arrow. So, arrow, talon, telkhines ring, typhons, cyclopean, rod. For Freya, I'd go full attack with hastened. So: conduit/arrow (i like conduit better with her for the clear and extra true damage), nimble bancroft, telkhines, hastened fatalis, cyclopean ring, and demonic grip. I think with all of the past buffs to bancroft, i think it's too good not to go if your building AA especially with nimble glyph. Outside of that, you still have the more damagey type items if you want to sacrifice a little attack speed like spear of magus, typhons fang, and rod of tahuti. hope this helps and let me know if you have any more questions!
For ao kuang, I would build him more tankier so something like: axe of animosity, shifters, shoguns, berserkers, cyclopean ring, estaff. Some other items you can think about is archdruids fury especially if you're going up against double physical as archdruids gives decent mp5 for your 2nd item slot. And obviously, mantle, spirit robe, and demonic grip for tankier targets if you'd like. For mages like sol who are more auto attack centric I'd build something like this: Sands of time, nimble bancroft talon, telkhines ring, poly, typhons fang, and rod of Tahuti. Keep in mind, gods like sol and chronos who can go auto attack based can also go pure power, pure auto attack OR even a hybrid between them. I prefer the hybrid route but other items to think about are vamp shroud, cyclopean ring, demonic grip, ring of hecate and hastened fatalis if you want to stick to people. These items would exchange some of the items that don't have any auto attack speed but honestly, I prefer having some auto attack speed items mixed with some damage items. And if you wanna go full damage build obviously you'd follow the same mage build I talked about in the video while mixing in a few other items like maybe poly and typhons fang as those are specifically good on sol and chronos for example.
Is Apollo any good for joust i main him but him being a AA hunter I find myself getting stomped on I mean sometimes I just shred but the amount of double guardians n tanks in ranked joust just makes me feel useless 50% if the time
Imo I think apollo is one of the worst hunters in joust. With that being said, you can make any god work but if you want to consistently win games there are way better hunters in joust. If you would like, I have a top 3 god for each role, with builds, and I just recently did a ranked joust tierlist of every god!
Warriors axe/sigil, bancroft, shifters shield, poly, tiphons fang, and archdruid. That's a pretty solid lifesteal build; utilizing a autos a lot. Warriors axe/sigil, shifters, curseweaver, shield of Phoenix, ethereal staff and archdruids would also be a solid tankier build allowing you do a lot of damage with curseweaver with all the health items u have, and you have a lot of healing on this build too. Let me know if that works out for you; I don't play a lot of maman because of how mid she feels!
Nice Video I m a German Smite Player so sorry for my Bad englisch I often play fafnir can you you give me a Build where i can Carry the Game often i Build Full Tank my mares die i can do nothing becsuse on damage 😢
Keep in mind, it's going to be harder to carry as a guardian if you're looking to do damage but fafnir does a huge amount of damage without building pure power. I'd suggest going: warriors axe, shifters shield, shoguns Kusari, pridwen, mantle of discord/spirit robe/relic dagger, and ethereal staff/cyclopean ring. Other items you can interchange is demonic grip if you're against tanks and ancile maybe if you want more damage.
Flat pen is a flat number that ignores protections when you hit an enemy with an ability/auto. For example, if an enemy has 50 physical protection and you buy jotunns wrath that has 10 flat pen, the next ability/auto you use will ignore 10 protections from the enemy essentially making the enemy only have 40 protections for you. Percent pen is a percentage of the protections the enemy has that is ignored when using an ability/auto. For example if an enemy has 50 physical protections and you buy serrated edge that has 20% pen, your next ability/auto will ignore 20% of their protections. 20% of 50 is 10 which essentially means the enemy has 40 protections for you when you hit them. A general rule of thumb is: percent pen is good against tanks while flat pen is good against squishies. Hope this made sense!
@@BuZz-Smite it made sense for the most part. numbers aren't my strong suit. is there a quick way of telling which is which? cuz some items have both. i think.
@@PPKKE I don't believe any item off the top of my head has both percent and flat pen. But, to tell which is which, an item with flat pen will have a number next to it like this: "+10 physical penetration" whereas percent pen will have a number next to it like this: "+10% physical penetration"
Yeah, ik dom doesn't affect the yellow numbers from qins as qins is based solely off the enemies health and dom is percent pen which are totally unrelated stats. Dom and qins are good together tho because dom gives percent pen allowing you to do more damage via your autos while qins gives you additional yellow numbers on top of the damage from autos.
@BuZz-Smite You know what pen% iteam is good with Qin's it would be titans bane since that would help the yellow numbers or I'd you like serrated edge give really good stats all around but I personally wouldn't build Dom with Qin's their other iteams that are very good with Dom. I might be looking at it from a different point but if it work for you aint no reason to change it.
Yeah, titans bane is very good as an option for hunters, I even say it in the video, and usually you buy dominance with either executioner or titans bane, which both increase qins. If you don't want dominance and instead you want exe, you can do that and you'll do more damage, but keep in mind you'll not have any mana or mp5 which on a lot of your good hunters in joust like xbal, is not good. There's a bit of a trade off between the 2 and I don't think the damage difference is that crazy for all the mp5 and mana as they all do similar damage anyways. Obviously the more protections and health they have the more is scales so, if they have close to cap as well as like 3500 health, then I think the damage is better. Close to like 10 extra damage for qins, so I think it's more worth there, but a lot of the tanks in joust don't get really close to cap.
@BuZz-Smite Yea I can see that most definitely that make sense there. But if your a AA hunter you don't need alot of mana just enough to last a fight unless your fights last long which they don't know since the changes. Xbal is a special in the sense his 1 uses a shit ton of mana so on him I can see that build working better on him then most hunter.
Yeah in that case if you really don't need mana then exe is probably better but even hunters like hachi or cupid or medusa or hou yi who use decent amount of mana benefit from dom especially seeing as dom gives you that 20% pen right out the gate. So at the end of the day, as long as you building some sort of pen whether it's dom with exe or titans or exe and titans, you should be good. Just gets down the minutiae of what u prefer more!
