This is fantastic, thank you! I love that you spell things out so clearly and simply without treating the listener like they have zero digital capabilities. (aka, you touch upon all of the "start up" features without being overly verbose or slow). Yay finally!
Thank you for the tutorial. I haven't had to use InDesign in almost 2 years and was really nervous about picking it back up. Great, straight-forward tutorial that covered the basics that I have totally forgotten. Thank you! Totally subscribing to your videos! Keep them coming!!
will it automatically changes the things i do on the new devices (meaning once you exported and make changes on your devices (the one you exported to), will it automatically changes to the updated versions or do you have to package again to get the latest version?
Thank you for the videos. Helps a lot. I am trying to split a two page document for print and I keep losing the image on the second page. Can you help me?
Hi AdobeMasters, EXCELLENT video. Question, may I create an ebook from your videos? I teach in Germany and just LOVE your UA-cam videos. Of course, I‘d be happy to add links to any online courses you may have.
Just what I needed - excellent for newbies! Questions: I'm building a website in RapidWeaver7 which is not text user-friendly. So I decided I'd learn ID using the web preset, export pages in HTML, and then import into RapidWeaver. Do you forsee any problems with this? Dreamweaver is just too complicated for me!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I’ve used other programs before and I know the tools I want to use for projects and I know InDesign has them I just didn’t know where to begin finding them or what they were called. This is a perfect video for a good brief overview of InDesign. A big thank you!!
I've finished a graphic novel I'm trying to format for printing. I need to load 124 finished flattened pages into InDesign so I can create a layout I can export to KDP printing. I have ZERO idea how to do it. I've tried dragging my files into InDesign, etc, no luck. I don't understand this program at all. What I DON'T need is information about how to create a page.
We send 5000 at a time, (we use a photo on the front and back), email this to the printer in an edible pdf file attachment. Thoughts? Also what bar code address software would you recommend that prints on the postcards ... not creates adhesive labels?
The critical difference is in the pin-sharpness of the visuals - very important. Moreover, thanks for not believing that looking at a heavily made-up face and jewellery add to learning - it does not. Thanks
That's okay, the first time you use it it will be confusing. Keep pausing and redoing. That is the best way to learn. Little by little you will get it!
Not really. Try creating a multi-page story with auto-numbering, 5 different design depending on the page and flowed text in photoshop. It's quite a bit more difficult than indesign.

You are so gifted. I've been having a nightmare on my Journalism course, but you've really given me a sound basic understanding. Cheers.
That's great! InDesign is complex, but once you learn it, it becomes second nature!
Best intro to inDesign on the web for "an absolute beginner" like me. Thank you.

Sorry, but you really don’t know what you’re talking about concerning paper or printed material. Your terminology is incorrect in many instances too
