Best tutorial series for the ep133 on youtube by far
Thank you!!!
Watching this series has been extremely helpful! It actually kinda helped me learn how to use the po-33
Haha, that's great!
THESE TUTORIALS ARE AMAZING . thanks !!!
Thank YOU!
love this series, been so helpful
Glad to hear that!
well done! thx for sharing all these 🙏🏾
My pleasure!
Great video. Thanks for it. Do you if there’s a way to record or automate the effects perimeters, yet? That would be good.
And what I mean by that is the master effects?
No, their knob movement cannot be automated as far as I know.
@@SONWU maybe in a future update or something? Thanks man, really good work you’re doing.
I am your fan, I from Taiwan!!!
Hey!!! Greetings from Japan ✌
Whenever you have time can you make a video with the KO 2 and OP-Z its most appreciated #Peace
At some point ;)
Very helpful
Have to be honest using this device has made me rethink my sends in the DAW shame you can’t do the distortion with the compressor both sound great parallel.
Yeah I really like the distortion and compression but the rest is meh.
I hope they'll add an insert effect to the groups, that would be nice!
I don't mind the FX, I think they serve the purpose…no Strymon, but do the job. But everybody has their own liking with FX.
Great you're doing these KOII videos.
Thank you Peter!
Is it possible to add effects to a live voice via line in?
Yes, you can apply FX to the line input. Just turn the right knob when on the MAIN screen.
great video again ! at around 10.30 when you record the fader/reverb to the keyboard the sound of the previously recorded reverb on the snare drum disappears
🤷♂️
aye boss, what cables are you using here?
Hey! UGREEN slim cables
How does the Op1-field not have a compressor or distortion effect ? 😅
I hope they will implement a dedicated one :)
Thank u!
You're welcome!
That reverb sounds bad. I love the compression.
Yeah the compression is 🥊
100% compressor is it!
it doesn’t sound good with this beat. with other stuff it’s good. better than the op1
on on the m i
…on the m i c 👏
wooooo@@SONWU
can you use different effects on different groups?
No, sadly there is only one send effect…
@@SONWU that sucks.. thanks my brother
How come when even I select D group the effects is applied to the drums in A group?
All track have their own FX send level. Does “A” have the Fx level turned up?
Exactly, there is only 1 send effect available. You can decide how much of their signal each group is sending there…then it doesn't matter which group you are currently on.
Can you use fx on each group or only one effect one group only ?
one effect, that CAN receive signal from each group
THANKYOU
thank YOU for watching!
extremely helpful as usual!
🙏
Thank you so much for this tutorial series about the KO II. It helped me to love this device... THANKS!
Thank you, I‘m glad you are enjoying :)
14:31 as a noob, I don't understand what the Master Compressor is or does? Is it just a copy of what we saw at 7:28, where that effect is added to a group, but at 14:31, it's the same effect, but added to the entire project?
Yup, that's most likely what it is.
@@SONWU ok, thank you! And thanks for these excellent tutorials.
Thank you. It's really helpful.
My pleasure!
really appreciate these! just got mine
Cool, enjoy!
Are the effects applied globally, or per group? My drums get compressed, but can't seem to apply any other effects to the other groups, other than the one applied.
it's 1 global send effect
What? That is just insane design and not intuitive at all. I have added effects in the thought that I added and different effect to each group. I thought what people complaining about was not being able to add effects to individual sounds. Wow.. that is just crazy, it just went from cool to pretty dumb
At least there is the master compressor
Sehr gut erklärt 👍
Danke :)
