Connect(ion) 2022: Connect(ion)

Synopsis: Ions are formed by the addition or the removal of electrons. And in the process of losing or gaining electrons, atoms can become negatively or positively charged. Very much like when we add or remove people from our lives.
In this piece I explored (with the dancers) the possibilities when 1 or more bodies are connected, how do we support one another in the movement process and the connections that are created. Being connected with another feels powerful as it allows us to achieve more things but it all starts with staying connected with yourself.
