As a quick explanation, the "Underwear" bits were from the extra missions, you actually take either Paz or Kaz on a date out by the water (The beach from the first level, where you learn how to use grenades) If you beat the mission once then go back to it, your date will be in their undergarments. Between you and me UA-cam, I would rather have Snake date Amanda or Cecile, its a little weird for Snake to date Paz.
