Hi , I believe she is a Hydra Digga. I grew up on one working with my father ,lots of memories watching you at work . Your example seems to have fitted more modern control levers , I remember they had five levers ,the second from the right controlled the jacks . Only one control lever movement at a time . Revolutionary machine in its day. I remember said that some of them had Nuffield power plants .
Travelling the roads was a full on attention job because the rear beam park position. This caused a nodding motion that could make handling it quite tricky. As yours those early JCB's did not have much in the creature comforts ,no heater ,Solid steel seats , No rear protection in the rain if being operated down wind and the wind was kept out of the cab(a bit) by canvas curtains. I remember clearly one winters day my father on his back in a field under the engine changing the con rod shells . They were a different breed!
I worked as Asst Sales Manager In India At Hyderabad In JCB Dealer ship Organisation but I am not getting this informatin from JCB management and dealer management anyhow it a surprise

Old machines rarely die, they just turn to different shades of brown !
