This guy is the main culprit who is behind the problem of 1990s in Bhutan. He swayed 1000s of innocent Lhotshampas to revolt against the state for his personal agenda. Otherwise things would have been very different today. I am Bhutanese Lhotshampa and a proud Bhutanese, I love my country n my king. Ur accusations r baseless. Bcos of u, our innocent fellow lhotshampas(refugees) had to go thro hell for last 3-4 decades. U should have been jailed for life for all the sufferings that our lhotshampas had to go thro.
