- Hi all! Made a delicious breakfast today. A new way to cook breakfast. Quick tortilla recipe. I love making a quick breakfast. The most delicious egg and tortilla recipe ever. Ground beef. Recipe for tortilla with minced meat and cheese:
Onion - 1 pc.
Sunflower oil.
Ground beef - 400-500 g.
Cook over medium heat for a total of 17-20 minutes.
Yellow cheese - 150 gr.
Parsley.
Tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Provence herbs - 1/2 tsp
Tortilla - 2 pcs.
Cook covered on both sides for 5-6 minutes.

Very good. I prefer pork sausage so that is what I use. I also save a bit of the egg and brush it on top of the tortilla before I flip it to make it a bit softer. You have lots of good Ideas for these simple breakfasts that I love. Many times, I make it spicy, or else put hot sauce on top when done.
