I like the concept (not sure if you were going for this but whatevers) that Kizana doesn't even like Taro romantically. She just thinks he would make a good Romeo for her play. It highlights how crazy Ayano really is, her violence doesn't even follow her own logic. Also it adds more variety to the rivals, not all of them like him.
This was actually such an amazing concept! I really loved how Kokona was a main focus. She's my favorite character of Yandere Simulator & it was such a pleasant surprise to find a concept where we get to learn more about her & befriend her!
It'd be cool if you could utilize your friendship with kokona in later rivals, she could give you gossip or spread gossip you tell her about them. this would damage their reputation by maybe 2x what it normally would, but in order to use this you have to talk to kokona at least twice a week? just a thought

alternate concept for getting backstage: have Ayano become a crew member, or apart of the tech team, this would make the show feel more realistic to how productions are run in real life, and give Ayano a viable alibi for being there, it could even lend to more chaos of people running around backstage, finding props, trying to get people's mics on, etc. It would lend to the stealth mechanics of the game. overally, love this concept, just thought I'd share an idea i had :)

ooh nice! i have a megami elimination concept. ayano must do all of their tasks, to do this, she must have a high reputation, and must be at least 1 minute late to class. after doing their tasks, you will have to speak to megami and press the "Council Tests" button to join. the council test will be like a job application, asking you why you want to be in the council, if you will use your pepper spray correctly, etc. after passing the test, you can join. and megami will give you your uniform. you can then change in the showet rooms and recieve your pepper spray. then, you must wait after school. and sneak in. all student council members leave their pepper spray in the school. so, you can sneak into the council. of course, this won't be easy. megami hired security guards and policemen to see if anyone enters school. so you must sneak attack them by using a weapon. so, you must find one and return to the council room. by the way, you also have a flash light. and the guards will notice you if you shine it at them, so if you sneak attack, make sure it's DARK. after getting rid of the guards, you must find megami's. you can do this by stealing the fingerprint machine from a dead guard's pocket. after stealing it, you can scan the fingerprints to see which one is megami's. after finding that out, you must bring it with you to the school's science club, and empty the pepper spray. then, you must add chemicals, to the pepper spray, and then, it will be poisoned. dispose of the chemicals and the weapon. and then, leave the school. the next day, you must threaten a delinquent to bully someone in front of megami, of course, they'll do it. when megami sees him, she will poison the student, with witnesses. she will then be banned from the school.
I have an ideaaaaaaa Basically ayano joins the gardening club, and she has to work up a gardening skill by planting stuff, arranging flowers, etc. After she has worked up a bit of the gardening skill she can use shears and get poison ivy! Then there'd be a task for either Osana or one of the other rivals, for having to retrieve something from inside the shed, where poison ivy will grow on the back wall of the shed. Ayano can choose to either return the item normally, thus befriending the rival, or coating it with poison ivy after the gardening skill reaches level 1 or 2, killing the rival. lol it sounds complicated but uh enjoy
Well, poison ivy doesn't kill anyone. It just severely irritates the skin and gives them a rash. It would be a good idea for someone like Kizana, who cares a lot about appearances, which would make her possibly miss the play.
I can't really tell if the ending is Kizana dying or being heart broken. First impression is that she died, but that is the animation used for getting a Senpai game over. Please clarify! Perfect concept either way though.

Oh heres an idea: Kizana could have an allergy to a certain chemical (or some kind of skin condition) that causes her skin to break out in rash or blotches. Kizana cares about her appearance, so maybe her rival event could be a play in front of the school, so you could maybe tamper with her makeup and cause her to have an allergic reaction on stage, this would seriously humiliate her and cause her reputation to drop. You could also frame another student for messing with her makeup and record kizana attacking said student and post the video online. The bullies would definitely eat that video up.
