- Brian and Jenny are happy, engaged, and regularly hosting guests at their new bed and breakfast, Emily's Country Inn. They are planning their wedding, to take place at the Inn, where they met and fell in love. When Meg, a distant relative of Jenny's, arrives and claims she has equal claim to the Inn, the home they had co-inherited, Brian and Jenny must find a way to save their beloved Inn, or risk having to sell. All while planning their fall wedding! Stars Lacey Chabert, Brennan Elliott.
I've seen all of the series, I could watch them anytime over and over again. A few of the most romantic movies I adore.

This is my favorite hallmark moving. I have watched it so many times. I agree with what many have said. (the color of the house, the cousin, 1/3 of the value of the house, as is now?) Just love Lacy and Brennon/Jenny and Brian. The way he has her back, ready to pounce on any one that might try to take advantage of her gentle heart.

With the other house and landscape and the color they picked together for the house.
It would be nice if they created a series from this film. See new customers in the B&B new love stories... beautiful film
This was a very emotional movie and quite good. The only thing that I could not get out of my mind was, "Why does that cousin think she is entitled to a third of that estate at it's present state after Jenny and Brian put all their money and work and love into it????" She should only be entitled to the value of the home at the beginning when it was first turned over to them. Jenny was a much better person than I think most of us could have handled with all of that. I kept waiting for Brian's dad to pay the balance on the house though, to make up for all the years that he had lost with Brian. Oh well....it was a great story and brought tears to my eyes.....It would be great to keep this up.....Tommy needs to get married and so does Casey! Those baby goats (the kids) were show stoppers!!!
Yes so agree! Can't wait to see Tommy and Casey and Alice get married! Casey could open up another Cafe and her husband would help her. Brian and Jenny now millionaires because Jenny's home baked goes Nationwide!!! I am excited just thinking about it. See more of his dad. Maybe with Alice hmmmmm. Then Casey is a wreck with jitters before her wedding! Tommy is cool 😎 and already married with baby surprise somewhere in there but......so is Jenny!!! Hallmark want me to write the script? Let me know. This was a beautiful series should do all 3 for the holiday season!!!!! Announce the 4th version or just make it a Hallmark weekly series! Huh? Where's the popcorn and tissues?!!!

i saw it several times : I must be crazy or very romantic .
i just watch it today it was really emotional i love jenny and bryan because they were stick together no matter what the challenges that they were facing but they always keep positive..love them since the first movie i also downloaded them actually hehe..more movies to them please..like,how about they have there on company and baby’s ofcourse..im looking forward for that..im a big fan im from philippines! love hallmark movies #AllOfMyHeartTheWedding

Meg was a jerk. I know she softened later but baffling to me how the entire town helping...oh now I finally see the value here. Really Ray Charles would have saw that on arrival. I know it's a character but I didn't like her.
