I have learned from this video the importance of sharing norms of both students and teachers to have a variety of positive outcomes in society and school. It can be also a way towards the development of academic ability and skills of students.
I've learned in this topic about the School Culture is important for forming good attitude, relationship, and beliefs that influence school aspect and protect the physical and emotional of every students. It helps every students to become aware for what their doing and to Teacher they can adjust their teaching techniques for them to be able to understand the behavior of their students. And understand the culture what they have in the Community be the belong.

In my observation and from my understanding as well from the discussion about the school culture, it actually has a positive result to every student to be more diverse individual. Different belief, color, tradition and values regardless of those they can be flexible, be interactive because the whole classroom have shared beliefs, values and traditions they are not divided.
