I will be honest, im a 14 year old girl who struggles to sleep all the time. Ive only been watching friv for two years now but i really appreciate all she does to help everyone sleep. Ive been able to get more hours of rest, which in turn is helping me in school as well. Thank you friv :)!
hey just asking because I also struggle with sleeping, have you tried melatonin supplements? it may not seem like much but they helped a lot for me :) hope you get better sleep soon!!
