Вставка
- Опубліковано 26 січ 2022
- Ryan Litteral's drift career started around the time I started my photo career. Needless to say, we've been around each other in the professional drifting circus for quite some time. Through the many years, Ryan has gone through a few drift cars. His latest and greatest is this RB-powered S15 that he debuted last year for the Formula Drift season. The we take a dive into all the details from the Powerstop brakes to the RB under the hood, and everything in between.

Hey Larry, you are not just a photographer man. You are a treasure for this culture!
The whole Australian parts catalogue! 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘🦘🦘💪💪💪 #RBarmy
Love Ryan's style and he always seems to have one of the best looking cars out there. Hoping he's got things straightened out now and we can look forward to hearing 9k+ RPM more often this year!
first time i saw ryan litteral he was inventing man line on hoonigan daily transmission, that was some of the best driving i've ever seen. love the car dude. good luck.
Larry keeping build bio alive and keeping the culture very much alive and thriving!
Would love to see you and ryan cruise some city's again!! ❤️
You know what's also art? Larry's videos about car culture. Litterally! 😁😎👍
Your guys ability to reference what Ryan was talking about from Long Beach with a beautiful clip definitely took this video to the next level. Even with something so subtle. Props to T for never missing.
This dude and this car! He is the main reason I built my R33! Love his style, love the RB.
Larry, you are a LEGEND and Ryan Litteral is definitely too.
Congrats on the first home garage feature Larry! The place is lookin swanky
If we started seeing under the cars each time I would be addicted to this channel.
Running the RB26 in Formula Drift is Insane!!!!
Every single time I got on the power in my GTRs, R32/R33, it would break.
Rebuild after rebuild....
I hope you can make the RB26 more reliable during your time with it.
I hope you can make a killer RB26 to produce for the world, one that works properly. 🤙🏼👍🏼🇺🇸
“RB Army General” is fitting because everyone I know with a RB talks about him
YOOO THE TRANSITION AT 0:28 WAS HARD
Larry Chen is Legend period.
Congratulations on the shop Larry! It looks great! And ryan is the man! 🤘
Was cheering all season for ya Ryan! Awesome to see someone stick to something and go toe to toe with a challenge. Car looks dope, sounds dope, and your style of drifting is really fun to watch! Thx! Keep at it, it's gonna be f**king glorious man.
Nicely done Larry!
For us US guys, the RB goes up there on the same level plinth as Ferrari NA V8s; exotic, unicorn, any number of identifiers of that nature. I've seen and helped on a handful of RB25 conversions for the S13 chassis (sadly not my own, f#King car thief...) and am fortunate to live two houses up from a stunningly devoted RB26 in an S14 owner. No one denies the clout of the 2J, but the RB encompasses a different legend for my age group (the 90s/2000s tuner scene before F&F was a thing), a living unicorn of sorts. Even with its inherent flaws, I still vote and applaud the heart of Godzilla.
Add: Shoutout for the Hashiriya DVD! Watched the crap out of that, Drift Bible and all the Option Touge DVDs I could get my hands on. OG my man!
Living the Dream!
You really get into the meat and potatoes on this one, great interview/overview!! Thanks so much bro keep up the great work, love love love to see the intricacies of FD, it’s so interesting and amazing👌🏼✌🏼you did such a great job on this video, your interest is inspiring and super contagious!!
Amazing !!!
Love this car, and I too really like the fact that Ryan is “going against the grain”. It’s too easy to be a sheep and hop aboard the V8 train.
The RB is a great power plant, treat it well with the right preventative maintenance and show it some love with the right build and it will be a beast.
I really appreciate how Ryan explains that the RB is not hard to work on,only that its different. Very true!
Learn the way of the wrench with your car. You’ll be a better driver because of it.
Great content as always Larry !
✌️🇨🇦🔧🏁🚗💨
It's not hard to work on just over complicated and expensive to make a good reliable engine but do sound good and it's part of hot rodding going against the grain.
Y’all got to do more epic night cruises again!
Hell yeah Larry!
James deane is the one responsible for that new wisefab kit . He ran the prototype
YESSS SIR!
Love all cars but RB has a special place in the soul!
IN LINE 6 OR GTFO
As another kid from the Inland Empire that grew up playing Forza the same time Ryan did. He is a big inspiration to me. After the last two years being genuinely the worst of my life. Cars are one of the few things I have left and drifting is something that brings me peace. Great to see him doing good and enjoy it along the way. Big fan of pictures and videos. Been watching for years. Awesome to see the shop Larry and as always great work. Hope to meet you both someday soon.
Your channel is the best thing to come to UA-cam!
Ryan's got a super competitive car, it looks like it needs a bit more grip. Can't was to see an RB on podium
>super competitive
>always broken
pick 1.
Love This Video Larry
The Chicago video really brought me back into the fun part of car culture. I spent too long trying to be the "cool guy" in an old hot rod or lead sled, and that whole scene just kind of burned me out. Wrong pomade, wrong fuzzy dice on the mirror, wrong wheels, even down the wrong style of plug wires. But getting together in old crap boxes with some friends and just cruising around laughing and watching your buddy scrape rockers on speed bumps, it's just good fun.
Amazing video. Thanks a lot
Larry, a technicial one man band is absolutely not looking back at Scotto or Ken and killing it in 2022. Mucho Love Sir
He still works with hoonigan
Then why is it the Larry Chen channel, he mentioned it, and AutoFocus was disolved. I'm a independent contractor, I can bid work for someone previous, doesn't mean I work for them
@@fearlessshadow5856 He bought auto focus from Hoonigan, He still does work for hoonigan like This Vs. That and gymkhana
SD9K! This was dope
Tire shredding artists!
Loved the talk! ✨
It's Litt 🔥 It's Litt 🔥It's Litt 🔥
good stuff love watching building videos or vids in detailed of a already built vehiecle
Been waiting on this feature
Style King of America love from Australia
Shoutout the Inland Empire! Grew up with Ryan and did a little drifting with him in our youngin days. Cool to see how successful he’s become with it and hasn’t changed. Keep grinding my dude!
4:09 - 4:29 The money shot.
I mean, even LZ quit a program at this level and is driving someone else’s ride. Kuddos to you bro. 🤘🏻
Larry’s garage 🤌🏻🤌🏻
I can't recognize Ryan Litteral without a towel and hat on his head.
YES :D
More S chassis ftw :D
RB Gang 🤟🏼
He’s also able to rack up points for Nissan in the championship I believe because it’s a Nissan engine and Chassis
nice shop
WaZz uP killer footage
We need a shop review Larry
Ryan puts so much into his car, but never see him go rounds. I hope he can do it in the future, but He needs a good team to get a good chance at competition.
Very much like chelsea before vaughn helped him out.
To the people at Forza, PLEASE get this car in the game!! Would love to rip this through the streets of Mexico virtually of course
horizon's are ass!

10:22 Ryan Litteral breathing asmr 🤩
This is one of my favorite cars litteral really knows how style his pro car. Looks like a little oil leak on the oil pan
I was on the fence about how I felt about Ryan with the RB thing. At the beginning of last year's FD season I remember that him and Rad Dan were getting into the whole JZ/RB dick measuring contest on the social medias. Ryan's responses seemed like Dan's comments were hitting a nerve. Now that hear about his, and his team's, time constraints, engine development set backs, etc, I now have a better idea as to why his responses to Dan sounded so pissed off. I've got a a better understanding and newfound respect for him. I now get why he loves his RBs.
Well the thing is Dan and Ryan are cool. People always say they want to see drivers be more of themselves.... well friends and homies talk shit to each other. It was all fun and games.... Dan shit talked and laughed and Ryan laughed back. Bro's being bro's.
But the "COMMUNITIES" took that shit seriously and pulled out the knives and pitchforks... Dan's worked on RB's.... Ryans worked on 2J's... both motors have pro's and cons.. both have their own set of issues.
SR20DET i have one in my S14 and man have they gone up in price mine is a S14 SR also its crazy when you can get a 1JZGTE cheaper than a S13 SR20DET.
they're also the best sounding engines of all time.
I think the RBArmy general title should be given to Zak Pole, 🤔 or any other driver from NZ. 😂
I'm used to seeing Ryan with a shemagh and hat ontop... Don't even look like the same dude...😅
Nissan guy also.
Factory for factory
Link the straight
I just realized with like 2min left in the video that this isn't hoonigan autofocus lol
If only he had the success he deserves
Him n ken block only drift ppl i really like
Makes me sad that RB’s are so expensive now
can still find rb30s cheap in oz
I think I listened to the entire video, but I can't figure out what car this is or what kind of engine it has.
Since when did worth house go through engines?
People fail to realize that Formula D you dont get a lot of time in track so it might take a season or two to iron out issues. It also sucks that people took some banter between friends too seriously
What's the name of those fans?
Waduhek? 10:22
Thaaaaaaank you for using Nissan engines on Nissan cars ! Only bad mechanics recommend LS or 2Js !!
16:12 ..?
900 hp/ 700 tq at the 32psi? This seems to struggle a little to make power
Hopefully he doesn't have the same issue klaw was having. Just constantly cracking blocks. Or just watch the video where he explains how he fixed the issue he was having.
26b > rb
CA18>everything else
@@felixbb1445 internet banter
Lots of respect for the commitment, despite the inferior platform compared to a JZ.
Also arguably no longer a RB, considering the billet block.
It is an RB - it’s an aftermarket block - just like with LS variants - the LSR is an aftermarket block created by aftermarket companies. It utilizes ALL RB components.
You lost me at “YoU gO dO iT” 🙄
those wheels are horrid
