imo gfriend is one of those rare groups whose concept changed pretty drastically and yet they managed to keep my interest and release beautiful music til the end. i'll always treasure my memories of being a buddy and support the girls!

I remember in the beginning, they got lots of hate, people would say their outfits looked cheap, and that they were copying SNSD school concept, and how they weren’t gonna make it And now GFriend is one of the most recognizable girl groups 🥲🥰 The end is only the beginning of a new adventure~
super agree on this one. GFriend is not like other groups. They are just so satisfying to watch every now and then. Plus, it really gives me a lot of nostalgia when I rewatch their old songs. Popularity is temporary but talent is forever.

Kerana mereka masih berlawan untuk trademark group mereka, dan tiada company yang akan mengambil ke 6-6 mereka sekalian, soalnya mereka gak tentu/ belum tahu kapan mereka bakalan memenangi hak paten group mereka itu.. Kalau ke6-6 mereka sign dalam label yang sama, masih tiada hala tuju, adakah menunggu mereka menang ataupun buat branding baru. Jadi untuk kepentingan buddy, mereka memilih untuk pisah sementara, dan buddy sebagai fandom tersibuk kini @ member2 semua pada sibuk dengan schedule masing2.

I recently found out about such a wonderful group. I feel a sense of loss knowing that I found out about them after they disbanded, but as I watch the video, I sincerely hope from Japan that their future will be bright.

GFRIEND are a group one in a kind and a whole package, not all the groups can easily say this, they sing and dance in a outstanding way, they have charisma, they are funny and most important they love and care each other as family. And they love Buddy's a lot, as much as we love them. GFRIEND BEST GIRLS!!
As a genuine suggestion, I have lile gfriend as well and also enjoy Apink, i think you'd like apink for all the same reasons as gfriend. They debuted in 2011 and are still active, so if you're looking for a similarish group

walau aku mengikuti mereka saat era mago, itu benar benar comeback terbaik. sejujurnya tak ada guna menyesali, aku juga tak ingin egois. mereka memang mengakhiri kontrak mereka, tapi persahabatan serta kekeluargaan mereka tak berakhir. aku menyayangi kalian!! aku juga mendukung aktifitas kalian ♡♡
Mereka dipaksa untuk mengakhiri kontrak alias ditendang keluar!! Jika mereka benar2 ingin membawa haluan masing2 maka mereka bakalan bilang awal2 ke buddy. Ada sesuatu yang dirahsiakan oleh perusahaan mereka.
Sayangnya kontrak eksklusif mereka diputus sepihak oleh pihak agensi dan labels mereka, seharusnya kontrak mereka habis november2021 tapi pihak agensi&label memutus kontrak itu di Mei 2021, Gfriend seharusnya comeback di Juni 2021&member sudah spoiler juga mengenai cb selanjutnya, mereka bilang sedang bekerja keras untuk renewal kontrak, bahkan bbrp jam sblm pengumuman pemutusan kontrak umji melakukan vlive dan menjanjikan akan memperdengarkan mago versi buatan Umji, umji juga bilang akan mencoba TTD baru untuk comeback selanjutnya, tapi tbtb jam 10 pagi tgl 18 Mei 2021 ada berita pemutusan kontrak tsb, lucunya berita tsb itu diunggah oleh artikel media terlebih baru daripada pihak agensi. walaupun mereka skrg menempuh karir di sektor yg berbeda tapi mereka tetap member Gfriend sampai kapanpun. Viviz (trio yg berisi umji sinb eunha) masih bilang leader mereka sowon, selain itu ke 5 member gfriend masing2 mengirimkan coffe truck sbg dukungan untuk syuting Drama member Sowon dan Yerin. Drama Yerin akan tayang akhir 2021 dan THN 2022 sedangkan drama sowon tayang THN 2022. Yuju sedang mempersiapkan debut sebagai soloist, tolong dukung ke 6 member yaa 😍✨👍🏻

VIVIZ also said in their Vlive earlier that they opted to not have a leader amongst themselves.. and that Sowon was their leader.. 😭💙💜 Can't help but think that Sowon has a great masterplan in all of this though.. and we will see it unfold over the coming years.. 🤔🤔🤔

GFRIEND's songs and choreos definitely left an impact on Kpop. Coming from a small company and growing it to the point that Kpop trainees could only remember Source Music as Gfriend's company. They really kept groups from bigger companies on their toes and 2016 will forever be GFRIEND's year (Rough/ Navillera combo). GODFRIEND they were and GODFRIEND they will always be 🌠 (And fortunately, despite taking different paths, they still support each other and keep calling their fans 'Buddy'. I am looking forward to watch Sowon's and Yerin's dramas and to hear Yuju's solo debut as well as VIVIZ's debut song). GFRIEND are a group one in a kind and a whole package, not all the groups can easily say this, they sing and dance in a outstanding way, they have charisma, they are funny and most important they love and care each other as family. And they love Buddy's a lot, as much as we love them.

As a genuine suggestion, I have lile gfriend as well and also enjoy Apink, i think you'd like apink for all the same reasons as gfriend. They debuted in 2011 and are still active, so if you're looking for a similarish group

walau aku mengikuti mereka saat era mago, itu benar benar comeback terbaik. sejujurnya tak ada guna menyesali, aku juga tak ingin egois. mereka memang mengakhiri kontrak mereka, tapi persahabatan serta kekeluargaan mereka tak berakhir. aku menyayangi kalian!! aku juga mendukung aktifitas kalian ♡♡
Mereka dipaksa untuk mengakhiri kontrak alias ditendang keluar!! Jika mereka benar2 ingin membawa haluan masing2 maka mereka bakalan bilang awal2 ke buddy. Ada sesuatu yang dirahsiakan oleh perusahaan mereka.
Sayangnya kontrak eksklusif mereka diputus sepihak oleh pihak agensi dan labels mereka, seharusnya kontrak mereka habis november2021 tapi pihak agensi&label memutus kontrak itu di Mei 2021, Gfriend seharusnya comeback di Juni 2021&member sudah spoiler juga mengenai cb selanjutnya, mereka bilang sedang bekerja keras untuk renewal kontrak, bahkan bbrp jam sblm pengumuman pemutusan kontrak umji melakukan vlive dan menjanjikan akan memperdengarkan mago versi buatan Umji, umji juga bilang akan mencoba TTD baru untuk comeback selanjutnya, tapi tbtb jam 10 pagi tgl 18 Mei 2021 ada berita pemutusan kontrak tsb, lucunya berita tsb itu diunggah oleh artikel media terlebih baru daripada pihak agensi.
walaupun mereka skrg menempuh karir di sektor yg berbeda tapi mereka tetap member Gfriend sampai kapanpun. Viviz (trio yg berisi umji sinb eunha) masih bilang leader mereka sowon, selain itu ke 5 member gfriend masing2 mengirimkan coffe truck sbg dukungan untuk syuting Drama member Sowon dan Yerin. Drama Yerin akan tayang akhir 2021 dan THN 2022 sedangkan drama sowon tayang THN 2022. Yuju sedang mempersiapkan debut sebagai soloist, tolong dukung ke 6 member yaa 😍✨👍🏻

GFRIEND's songs and choreos definitely left an impact on Kpop.
Coming from a small company and growing it to the point that Kpop trainees could only remember Source Music as Gfriend's company.
They really kept groups from bigger companies on their toes and 2016 will forever be GFRIEND's year (Rough/ Navillera combo).
GODFRIEND they were and GODFRIEND they will always be 🌠
(And fortunately, despite taking different paths, they still support each other and keep calling their fans 'Buddy'. I am looking forward to watch Sowon's and Yerin's dramas and to hear Yuju's solo debut as well as VIVIZ's debut song).
