Hour long registration sessions on your ROQ automatic screen printing press are a thing of the past! With the ROQ registration pallet, you can register a multi-color job in a fraction of the time it takes to register by hand. Special thanks to Danny from Image West Custom Apparel in Denver, CO for doing the demo in this video.

Man all of that technology is so cool. Love it would love to even just design machinery like this. Would be so fun
+Timothy Rowan We agree, we're so excited that we get to sell such awesome stuff! Thanks for watching.
How do you get the stencils on the screens lined up perfectly enough for that to work?
+gawkowd3 Danny is using a CTS system that prints directly to the screen in positive registration, when using a film output system there is a jig with LED lights for you to line your phone positives up to. - Ryan
+Ryonet It is an M&R I-Image STE and does not print film. It prints a dye based ink directly onto the screen. The perfect registration or 99% perfect is due to printing the image onto a screen that is (locked in place) while still on the DTS machine, using M&R's Tri-Lock system that was designed for 99% perfect registration on press, This Tri-Loc process was typically designed for use with M&R presses, but others have been able to adopt the concept, decreasing setup time dramatically. On The M&R DTS machine, it also has this Tri-Loc feature that matches up to the same (lock in) place system on the M&R presses. Ryonet, as I understand it, (without knowing their specifics), I believe, came up with their own version of the Tri-Loc (on press) for their presses they make. I don't think they are using the M&R Tri-Loc here in this vid. This still works to benefit the M&R DTS I-Image users. The 1% out of the 99% perfect registration leaves room to account for human error of a person not placing it properly into the Tri-Loc system.
+Dan Campbell Hey Dan, I need to add a (,) in that comment basically "Danny has a CTS system and prints directly to the screen, on a film output system you would align using a Jig and LED lights" probably should have expanded on that, could see the confusion. Danny has definitely spent the time to dial in the CTS unit, the pallet, and the press to all work where he doesn't have to mess with micros. Ryan
Does the vacuum tables hold sheets without spraying?
Or does the vacuum without spray makes it impossible to register?
Yes they dooo! You're registration would not be effected at all, but your placement on the platen would be easier : )
So I can use the vacuum plates for multi color heat transfer logos?
I checked MHM and Printex they are not able hold the PET films in place even the factory admited it.
I will soon contact and visit the Roq factory in Portugal.
Do you supply suitable inks and additives for raised rubber transfers?
I assume they are using the ROQ PRU (perfect registration unit)
+Sean Donnahoe Correct, along with a DTS system for exposing the screens in perfect alignment
DTS System?? Tell me more!
👍💯👌💯👏💯
Let us know if you have any questions!
@Ryonet Ok thank you 💯
This is dope bet it cost a pretty penny though.
+Isaac Harper It's not too bad. Danny, the guy in this video, told us that he used to spend up to 2 hours setting up each job. Now it takes just a couple minutes. It depends on where you want to spend your money, on labor or on a reg system that will eventually pay for itself. www.screenprinting.com/eco-special-registration-pallet-xl-u-type#.VeTiR3jtJ5j
Oh I'm definitely going to buy your company's products, just somthing a little smaller. Lol
+Ryonet Actually, from his own post before at www.Theshirtboard.com, is that while he had other presses before, once switching to M&R presses, his setup times dropped below 2 hrs once putting the Tri-Loc method into place. Then, once he switched to the M&R Direct To Screen I-Image STE, that's when his setup times dropped dramatically to something near this time you posted. The removing of the manual "film" setup, and using the Tri-Loc system as well as...the I-Image STE DTS is key here. The new times were already close to 6-7 minutes total, to set up a multi color job (from what I remember reading). Then, they changed to the ROQ presses and he posted that he was able to also decrease the time just a little more, a few seconds per screen I believe but I do not have the specifics in front of me.

Right now he said he saving around 30% between the two presses.
