Hello Geeta ji, very good morning, if you are using 2 ply wool please cast on 42 stitches for 0-6 month and 52 stitches for 6-12 months baby and cast on 34 to 40 sts for sleeves, Thank you 😊

Nice pattern thank you for sharing, I tried twice but I give up!! once arriving the 37 sts I cast on 50 for the sleave and continued the decreases the problem is that I have 24 sts but in 26 rows not in 42!
I don't understand

To main isko thoda aasan karti hu…
Yadi aap same nap ki bna rhi hai to sleeves ke fande cast on karne se pahle 9.5 inch bun lijiye ( or baby k height k according)aur phir sleeves k fanden dalen aur sath main neck k fande b decrease karten jayen aap shoulder ke 22-24 fande bachne tak bun sakti hain par uske baad neck k fande bina decrease kare aur sleeves ko tab tak bunna h jab tak ki 4.5 or 5 inch na bun le jo ki front side ka hai phir aage bunne se pahle baby ki nap len kyoki baby to baby thoda sa nap different ho sakta hai phir bad main front ( left right side) ban jayen to back neck k fande dalen phir front ki tarah back side ke sleeves b bune, thank you 🥰

I m using vardhman zig Zag shade 05 wool.

I started making this pattern but got stuck after completing front both parts. Can't understand...how can ur arms hv 42 Rows.
U cast on stitches for arms when tl 37 stitches left. Stopped when 24 stitches left in the needle.
Means...37-24= 13*2 rows can be made only.
How is it possible to hv 42 Rows.
I think something is missing or wrong

Maam,when I am knitting this,I faced a problem. When the sleeve knitting is started,it was 37 sts.Then casted 50 sts.and cotinued to reduce again.You instructed to knit till it comes to 24 sts.So I have to reduce 13 sts, that means 26 rows to knit.I had knitted that also.But in your video it is showing 42 rows.What to do? I have knitted upto this,but don't know how to proceed.Please help.
