Ingredients:
3 eggs.
300 g natural yoghurt.
80 g sugar (40 g+40 g)
50 g corn starch.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
8 g vanilla sugar.
Powdered sugar optional.
Mold size 18 cm.
Bake at 150°C/302°F for 20 minutes. Then 40 minutes at 140°C/284°F.
