The design is beautiful! As is the floorplan. The separation wall in the middle is a great idea. The rear shelves and cabinets are great but the lack of overhead cabinets in the front really limits kitchen storage. I'd prefer avoiding propane and, assuming there is solar, having induction cooking. Also, with all that kitchen counter space, a bigger square sink would be much more practical than that round one. Calling the refrigerator "nice and big" is a bit of a stretch. 😜 All in all, a very smart and well-done build. Thank you for the tour.
I really appreciate the focus on safety. With that in mind, though, that bench seat should really be a DOT rated vehicle seat. Even if the seatbelts are bolted into the frame, the wood on a bench seat like that is likely to fly into pieces and collapse underneath the occupants in a crash, rendering the seatbelts useless.
I really agree that N. American van conversions have somewhat stagnated in terms of design, at least if the folks who do van life videos on youtube are a good enough sample size. Nothing wrong with sticking with what works, but a layout like this is class. Also, as an aside, if you are trying to sell things to Americans you may need to reassess your definition of "big" (when describing the fridge). Ha!
I've checked this van out some time ago at a car show. Im surprised it hasn't sold yet, its been a while now. It seems likena great on road build, but off road. Idk about that.
It's definitely a fantastic motor home. But one thing I don't understand how a popup roof can provide any warmth as it's just a canvas between you and the elements?
I wonder if you can construct that bench seat with seat belts in a box truck?(not space wise obviously but regulations wise)

This is by far THE best layout I’ve ever seen!

This is my favorite floor plan for remote work and travels with the family; I am also in San Diego /CA. Can I get your information, please ?

I would imagine the rooftop pop ups / rooftop tents use a 4 season canvas to keep you warm! Such a sweet van
How much is this van? And can it be built with Altair seat belt beds?
Hi, very nice van 👏 how Long is this Camper?
It is so nice! It’s a 170 wheelbase sprinter van!
She's big mama bear
Refrigerator too small and would want induction stovetop.
Also what’s their UA-cam handle?
This wastes so much space
