In my experience the paper did not burn just have to make sure your settings are not too high and just like your hair keep the iron moving to prevent the plastic from over heating.

It does not work on ordenary freezer och ziplock bags. You should mention the bag-thicknes, defenetly!!🥴😌

Any kind of paper, at least that does not have wax or a coating. Test the heat on the straight iron to make sure it doesn't melt the bag.

Good for emergencies, but time consuming. Just get a proper heat sealer.
