idk honestly we don't really know where they scale against each other the only thing we can confirm is that jura is stronger than the other shinjus because he's the direct incarnate of the ten tails and that even eida said that the shinjus are out of code's league which is crazy because code is stronger than jigen but weaker than isshiki{how much so we don't know} and we've seen more feats from isshiki than jura but that also doesn't mean that jura isn't stronger but for now i would like to say that jura would win because he has potential but if it was a blood lusted battle isshiki win, jura don't got that much emotions
@@Rouanime I was hoping the manga would drop a hint about the scaling already. Maybe in the chapter coming up( since Boruto basically called kawaki weak af) they will help us power scale
