If you're trying to open the camera in your Samsung phone and if it does not open and gives this kind of message then you have to do two things. First thing is open the control center and disable this option "sensors off". The other thing that you will do is you will go to "settings". Go to this option "Developer Options". After that go to this option "Quick Settings developer tiles" and disable this option "Sensors Off". Then restart your phone and after you restart the phone the camera should be working properly.
