John Macaluso Backward Motion FILL (5 and 7)

John Macaluso shows a fill backward and forward motion phrased in 5 and 7. It always works no matter how many drums you have, each drum on either side play 3 notes and every drjum between gets 2 hits. This method will take you back up the toms and down the toms back to the 1, where you started.
