I've started studying Tarot some years ago and the first thing my teacher told me was that Tarot cards are not to be used to make predictions because nobody, not even Tarot cards, can predict the future. The cards are to be used to provide clarification of a particular situation a client finds him/herself in and then use the cards for discovery what to do about the situation and what path to take forward. Making predictions for the future is a fool’s errand as many Tarot readers and Astrologers found out.
I agree and wholeheartedly support tarot for empowerment and clarification/guidance and personal work/insight. However, oracular divination is part of every indigenous or traditional culture - from the I Ching in China to runes in Nordic cultures, or in my case, tarot. I think the latter can absolutely be (and has been) abused by ego driven individuals. Nonetheless, it is part of my practice and something I will continue to work on.
I wanted so badly that you were right in that reading! One thing told me the real outcome - when you said " She is still in the battle " , then I felt the cards were saying that she didn't win and the battle is still going for Kamala. I imagine is so difficult to do this kind of readings because there's also so much emotion involved and of your course your hopes and the hopes of those who are on the same side as you! I truly appreciate you coming forward and looking at that reading with post-election eyes, and analysing what went wrong thank you. 🌸

Hi Monica. You didn't fail. As you say, you are not the only reader who came to the same "outcomes" as you did. In fact, most readers saw victory for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. I believe that one day, we will know just why all of you saw this. In addition, I believe that one day, we will know the truth about what happened. I'll leave it at that. I understand the "post mortem" that you're doing on the reading. The self-questioning, the wondering if you should have asked the question differently, and a desire to understand the jolt you experienced at the news of the outcome of the election. Millions of us felt, and still do feel, the same way. Please know that in my view, your intuition is spot-on. I love it when you post a new video, and I learn important things when you do. Yes, ok ... sometimes we get stuff wrong. However, when all the readers I watch and listen to got this one "wrong", for me it signaled that something else very odd is going on. I think the election reading was a great learning experience for me, though I don't dispute his win (tarot aside, I did actually think he would win in the days before I did my reading, but did not mention it or even think of it as I did it). First of all, my gut feeling on this is that you are truly an authentic soul who expressly desires to help people....honestly. I believe as you mature in your craft, learning (as you're bravely doing here) from your misinterpretations, mistakes, wrong impressions, etc., that you _will_ become a very fine, if not superior, Reader....from what I am picking up from your energy. Also, it was obvious that over 95%+ of Readers on Y.T., T.T., etc. were illiberal and allowed their partisanship & internal biases override the meanings of most cards. Thank you, the funny thing about all of this is that in the days before my reading, I did think Trump was going to win from talking to other friends who have their finger on the pulse of American politics more than me. well, the reading was for a specific event, the outcome of the actual election day, not for 4 months down the track. I am happy with what I have learned through this reading and re-visiting my initial interpretation has given me great experience.

I used Morgan Greer as well the night before and pulled the Queen of Wands, 5 of Wands, 4 of Cups & 8 of Swords. I was convinced the Queen of Wands showed KH's victory but moving into the 4 of Cups and the hidden figure holding the cup (as if in a cheer) up to the male figure had me worried. Then the 8 of Swords really sealed the deal EXCEPT I wanted so badly for her to win I kept trying to spin the card in a favorable way. Yeah, tarot has been a fine teacher in the art of self-delusion 😅 and the pitfalls of seeing what you want the answer to be, rather than what it actually is (don't worry, people do this in their normal lives on a daily basis too - others lying to us is nowhere near as destructive as the lies we tell ourselves).
Great example. I think every reader who got it wrong should take a break. Just release that energy. Some even said they would but then the next day they're back on again doing readings! If you got it wrong, clearly there are things to process about the experience. Otherwise you're just repeating the same loop.

Well, as I have commented before, my reading was specific to an actual event (outcome of the election day), not for months down the line. I think denial is one of the early stages of the grieving process, no? I certainly learned a lot from my reading, and it has not put me off more election readings in the future.
I very much enjoy this conversation. I did read Camelia Elias Lenormand readings, pre and post election. I have predicted simple things like American football games, I am getting better, but at first, it was less than 40% - now it was all in fun, I am not trying to save democracy here, however, if I try a little harder, I get better results. It is impossible to get an accurate idea of how often we are correct in our predictions, because many of us read the cards and move on. A lot of tarot readings are more therapeutic in nature, rather than predictive, so our consolation is the product. We make people feel a little better, or give them an action idea to create positive change. If you tell a querant their romantic search can be aided by, 5/Pentacles, accepting invitations instead of sitting it out, Strength, attending the zoo, dog-show, local animal charity, or Hierophant, check out spiritual functions, 6/Wands, sporting events, how do we know, if that worked? Most readings don't have this automatic, wrong or right nature. I have gotten readings that were accurate, but it took some time to know that. The election question, was a really great question to test! 😅
That is an excellent point, that tarot readings are therapeutic in nature - I have found this myself many times. However, I also think that divination is inherent in tarot, and so from time to time I do readings that are predictive. Good for you regarding the aftermath of your reading. I recently made a wrong prediction, in hindsight I see I was also wrong but the cards were so right. Like you I took stock, went back and researched my shit. Will I continue to make predictions? Yes. As for the 5 of swords, the rws smith I get a win with a zero sum game, I think watch this space. It is gonna get very interesing. As for Harris? Hit with the heavy hand of traditional value systems, lets not get it twisted. The US has never had a woman as Potus in its history. In a country that appears going backwards in terms of social progression (far right politics is gaining traction across many 'Western' so called democracies), her biological makeup was up against a huge powerful value and faith based system. One that Trump didn't have to scale, even though a convicted felon. The Hierophant strikes again. Bring on future predictions and yes, lets not get complacent with our interpretations. 🎉

I did a few grand tableau on my channel, my question was always what are the energy of the person I am reading for .what is going on . I got all the snake , mice and manipulation cards for Kamala. Also the grand tableau on many occasions had some clear indication that she had the key above the Coffin which is a bad position when you get the inheritance of being the candidate of a party that is failing and lying to the public. The key will stay with the coffin which means its negative for the person that take the key. Also she had the Lillies under her on one of her grand tableau again a fake deceptive personality , not wise . Definitely not a winner. I did not see a winner. But I saw a big looser . Only a battle and a demoncrat loosing their mind . I guess I was right on that one 😂 Personally I prefer Trump even with all his flaws but I could not see him be the winner only that he had no negative cards around him . I play it safe because the energy look like a war . I still believe it is a war , the left will not be happy and will demand to have things look deeper. Craig Hamilton Parker (UK) highly respected medium predicted 4 years ago that trump would serve another term this time around. He is very always on point. I heard lots of people interpret cards and say yeah Kamala will win but I knew they were intrepreting it wrongly. Yeah it stings. The best way to read cards is with your intuition. Not what the book says. You really need to lean on spirit. If you are not naturally inclined to work with the spirit world Tarot doesn't work well.
Those cards were correct but the results in real life were wrong.....now how about that? Though you did misinterpret the cards and life goes on, of course. Never mind. Sh....simply happens.🤔😟😳

I heard lots of people interpret cards and say yeah Kamala will win but I knew they were intrepreting it wrongly. Yeah it stings. The best way to read cards is with your intuition. Not what the book says. You really need to lean on spirit. If you are not naturally inclined to work with the spirit world Tarot doesn't work well.
Those cards were correct but the results in real life were wrong.....now how about that? Though you did misinterpret the cards and life goes on, of course. Never mind. Sh....simply happens.🤔😟😳
