Just because of plot. As Kenjaku said Yuta are not in Gojo's level and he would been dead to Geto if he have curses there. Yuta never won a fair fight in the story. He always got plot armor. He had no balls to challange Kenjaku even after he got tired from fight with 3 special grades.
