I met Tish years ago in 2009 in Burbank just walking down the street. My friend and I simply asked her if there was anyway we could meet Miley. She told us about Miley’s busy schedule that day doing interviews and filming some scenes for Hannah, but to come by the house later that evening and wait for her. We did just that and waited for about an hour. This convertible SL Mercedes drove by with Tish & Miley, gates opened to the property and we see her wave her hand to come over. We spent an hour hanging with all of the family members in the front of their home just talking. They were the kindest people I have ever met. It felt like we were just catching up with our neighbors. That’s when I realized what real southern hospitality meant. I’ll never forget it.
I had a small interaction with Tish 5-6 years ago at a Noah Cyrus concert. I made eye contact with her and waved. She waved back and made a point to hold eye contact and fully acknowledged me. It was brief. But that interaction took away the “celebrity” of their family. And this was the aura of Tish I felt. Chill, humble, and just being a supportive mom. I even met their team/friends that night and just wholesome good vibes from everyone. Treated me like a person. Fame truly meant nothing to them in a way that it didn’t impact their morals, their character, or the part that made them human. It became hard to even view them as famous and freak out bc they didn’t put themselves on that pedestal. We were equals. Every good thing u hear abt the Cyrus family is true. Wish more celebrities were like them.
Mileys makeup artist called her and her family/team “the greatest most supportive group he has ever worked with”. That and this story are both great testaments to what great people they seem to be!!!

It’s kind a sad Billy Ray is not close to the family like they used to! I’m still wondering where’s Noah Cyrus at! The only family members that are still together is the mother and the two daughters (Brandi and Miley) But hey at least Tish is happy I don’t know about Billy!
