The reason Dooo got the star at the end was because it was the buddy bonus star, not the ally bonus star. The buddy star is for the person who got “just the right ally”, the right ally is randomly decided and completely luck based (in this case it was Goomba). The ally bonus is for who had the most allies. Great vid as always!
